This was my first handout i designed in my life and for the work that I did. It was like a simple letter. The idea was simple. Go into the school, conduct a 45 min session for the students, using the black board. And send this to the parent.

Conducted the monthly training session on "Problem Solving" for the team of various departments at Siva, Verna Goa. Topics included:

1) Flowcharting

2) development of action plans

3) Root Cause Analysis

4) design of data tools
